Motivated by the dearth of US state-level environmental rankings, I led a project alongside Daniel Fiorino to develop the Air, Climate, and Energy Index at the Center for Environmental Policy at American University.
- On February 8, 2017, I delivered a lecture on this index at the University of Michigan, hosted by the Center for Local, State, and Urban Policy (CLOSUP)
- A presentation on this index was made at the 2016 fall research conference of the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM)
